Our books are designed around one belief: children think best when they are having fun.
Every page is a game first. There are no timers, no scores to chase and no right way to hold the pencil. Careful beats fast.
Warm, hand-finished scenes full of friendly characters give children something worth looking at — again and again.
Puzzles reward sweeping a picture slowly, checking one thing at a time and noticing what moved, turned or changed.
Spot-the-difference, search-and-find, mazes, patterns and picture logic all ask children to reason with their eyes.
Level trackers, detective titles and a certificate at the end turn “I did it” into something a child can hold.
Clear tips, hints and a full answer key mean parents can join in without having to be the expert.
Four levels in every book, from one big obvious change to several subtle ones, so the challenge keeps pace with growing skills.
A paper book that works at the kitchen table, in the car or on a plane. No batteries, no notifications, no ads.
Umi is the curious little owl who leads every ThinkUmi adventure.
Umi believes every child can become a better version of themselves — not by being told the answers, but by learning to look closely, think for themselves and keep going when a puzzle is hard. Umi runs the Sharp Eyes Club, cheers on every rookie spotter, slips a hint onto the page when a case gets tricky and signs the certificate when the last puzzle is solved.
We’re building the ThinkUmi app — a playful digital world filled with puzzles, brain-teasers and challenges for curious young minds, with Umi as the guide. It is our biggest project yet, and it is in development right now.
Concept preview — not a screenshot of the finished app.
The same careful-looking challenges as the books, in a form that can grow with your child.
Hints, encouragement and a “careful beats fast” nudge from the owl who leads the club.
Designed for parents to hand over with confidence. Details on accounts, privacy and devices will be published when decided.
Not yet available to download. No store listings or release date exist yet — when they do, they will appear here first.
We are always on the lookout for new ideas — how to improve the books we have, and which books and puzzles to publish next.
Did your child love a particular puzzle? Find a level too easy or too hard? Have a theme they would adore — dinosaurs, the ocean, the city at night? Tell us. Real feedback from real families shapes what ThinkUmi makes next.
Explore the books, meet the Sharp Eyes Club and be the first to know when Sharp Eyes Club lands on Amazon, when UAE ordering opens and when the app is ready.
The whole ThinkUmi collection in one place — what you can buy, what is in production and what is still an idea.

Umi leads the Sharp Eyes Club, a team of six friends who love to change things when nobody is looking. Each puzzle shows two nearly identical pictures. Children look, compare, circle the differences in picture 2, then tick off the magnifiers when every clue is found.
The book climbs through four levels, 25 puzzles each: from one big, clear change per picture at Level 1 to four or five subtle but fair changes at Level 4. From Puzzle 36 onwards, a hint from Umi is printed upside down at the bottom of the page — just turn the book around when you are stuck.
There are no timers. Careful beats fast, and every puzzle was built from one master picture and changed on purpose, then checked against its answer key.

Umi’s Journey

Umi has packed the crayons. In Coloring Adventures, children travel with the whole club — Benny, Coco, Pip, Max and Fern — through the worlds of ThinkUmi: a treehouse in the leaves, a castle above the waterfall, a camp under the stars. Every scene is drawn in clear, friendly lines that invite a child to make it their own.
The book climbs through four levels of creativity. Early pages have bold outlines and plenty of space; later pages fill with patterns, backgrounds and little details worth looking for while you colour — the same careful-looking habit the club practises in every ThinkUmi book.
There is no right way to colour a page. Umi’s only rule: take your time and enjoy it.

Can you find them all?
We are producing this book now. Details on this page are a preview and may change before publication.
Join Umi and the Sharp Eyes Club on a search-and-find journey through magical places — from enchanted forests to underwater kingdoms. Every scene hides a list of objects, and every object found unlocks the next challenge.
Scenes grow busier and objects become smaller and better hidden as children move up through the levels, so the book keeps rewarding careful looking long after the first pages.
Object Quest is currently in production. The cover shown is a preview and details may change before publication.
Solve the picture, crack the case
Every picture hides a mystery.
This book is a confirmed concept. Nothing to buy yet — but you can be first to hear when production starts.
Who took the last cupcake? Which animal visited the garden? Which backpack belongs to the missing explorer? Who left the muddy footprints? Each illustrated case gives children everything they need to work out what happened — if they look carefully enough.
The Mystery Detectives is a planned ThinkUmi title. The idea is confirmed; the puzzles are not yet produced.

Each maze is a small adventure: get Fern through the forest, help Pip collect every carrot, find the only path to the castle gate. Mazes start simple and open, then add branches, dead ends and items to collect on the way.
Amazing Mazes & Adventures is a planned ThinkUmi title. The idea is confirmed; the mazes are not yet produced.

A small owl with big glasses, a club of six friends, and a simple belief: little minds are ready for big adventures.
ThinkUmi makes beautifully illustrated activity books and puzzles that encourage children to observe carefully, think creatively, recognise patterns, solve problems and enjoy the satisfaction of figuring things out. Everything we publish starts with a picture worth looking at twice.
How a small owl decided to help every child become the best version of themselves.
High in an old oak tree with two round windows lives a small owl called Umi. Most owls look at the world once. Umi looks twice. A park is never just a park: there is a kite with a new bow, a fence with one post missing, a cat who has swapped her cap for a woolly hat. “Everything has a story,” Umi says, “if you look closely enough.”
Umi’s friends — Benny the bear, Coco the cat, Pip the bunny, Max the pup and Fern the fox — loved a different game: changing things when nobody was watching. One day Umi caught every single change. The friends laughed, Umi laughed, and the Sharp Eyes Club was born: a club where looking carefully is the whole adventure.
Umi noticed something while running the club. Children who look closely start to think clearly. Children who think clearly start to solve things on their own. And children who solve things on their own stand a little taller. So Umi made a promise: to help every child become a better version of themselves — not by handing over answers, but through attention, learning and creative thinking, one small discovery at a time.
In Umi’s world there are no timers and no races. A case can take a minute or an afternoon. When a puzzle gets tricky, Umi slips a hint onto the page, upside down, so a detective can choose when to peek. When the last puzzle is solved, Umi signs the certificate. The point was never speed. The point is the moment a child says, “I found it myself.”
Umi’s club is growing. After spot-the-difference comes search-and-find, then mysteries to solve, mazes to escape, patterns to crack and memories to test — in books today and, before long, on a screen. Different puzzles, same promise: look, think, find, and grow.
Umi is a young owl who cannot pass a picture without stopping to look. Where other birds see a park, Umi sees a kite with a new bow, a fence with one post missing and a cat who has swapped her cap for a woolly hat.
That habit became a club. Umi gathered five friends — Benny, Coco, Pip, Max and Fern — who love to change things when nobody is watching, and the Sharp Eyes Club was born. Umi leads every case, cheers on new detectives, slips a hint onto the page when things get tricky and signs the certificate at the end.
In every ThinkUmi book, Umi is the guide: the voice that says look, think, find and reminds everyone that careful beats fast.
You will see these friends in many cases. Watch them closely: they love to change things!
Umi helps you look, think and find!
Loves parties, balloons and anything striped.
Quick and curious. Spots tiny whiskers first.
The best counter in the club.
Notices when things have moved.
Checks every corner of the picture.
Scenes are drawn to be explored: friendly characters, clear shapes and details that reward a second look.
Books climb through levels, from one big, clear change to several subtle but fair ones, so children feel the progress.
Every puzzle is built from one master picture and changed on purpose, then checked against its answer key.
Tips, hints and a full answer key mean a parent can join in without being the expert in the room.

We’re working on the ThinkUmi app — a playful digital world filled with puzzles, brain-teasers and challenges for curious young minds.
The app is currently in development and is not yet available to download. There are no store listings, release dates or device details to share yet — when there are, they will appear right here.

The app extends the ThinkUmi books rather than replacing them. The plan, in broad strokes:
A variety of visual puzzles and brain-teasers children can play with, in the same spirit as the books.
The same friendly owl, the same “look, think, find” encouragement.
Designed for parents to hand over with confidence. Details about accounts, privacy and devices will be published when they are decided.
Straight answers — including “not yet” where that is the truth.
ThinkUmi is a children’s publishing brand that creates beautifully illustrated puzzle and activity books. Umi, our friendly owl, guides children through challenges that reward careful looking, creative thinking and the satisfaction of figuring things out.
Sharp Eyes Club: Spot the Difference is made for ages 5 to 7, and Coloring Adventures: Umi’s Journey for ages 4 to 7, with adult guidance recommended for younger children. Age ranges for future titles will be confirmed as each book is finished.
ThinkUmi books will be sold through Amazon. Sharp Eyes Club and Coloring Adventures: Umi’s Journey are finished and their Amazon listings are launching soon; the "Buy on Amazon" button on each book page goes live the moment a listing does.
We are working on a local printing and delivery option to make ThinkUmi books easier to order within the UAE. Until that is live, UAE customers will be able to order through Amazon once the listing launches. Local ordering details (pricing, delivery times, payment methods) will be published here when confirmed.
A playful digital world of puzzles, brain-teasers and challenges for curious young minds, designed to sit alongside the books. The app is still in development and is not yet available to download. We will announce real store links here when they exist.
Object Quest, our search-and-find book, is in development. Five further titles (The Mystery Detectives, Amazing Mazes & Adventures, Pattern Masters, Memory Masters and Picture Logic Challenge) are confirmed concepts. We do not publish release dates until a book is ready.
They are play-based activity books, built to practise observation, comparison, focus, counting and persistence in a way that feels like play, not schoolwork. They are not a diagnostic tool, treatment or therapy, and we do not make claims about test scores or developmental outcomes.
