Share your ideas
We are always on the lookout for new ideas — how to improve the books we have, and what new books and puzzles to publish next. Every message is read by the people who make the books.

What did your child love?
A favourite puzzle, character or scene tells us what to make more of.
Too easy or too hard?
Tell us the puzzle number and your child’s age. Level pacing is something we tune carefully.
A theme they would adore
Dinosaurs, the ocean, space, the city at night — themes often come straight from families.
A book we should publish
A puzzle type we have not thought of? A format that would work better? We want to hear it.
Something we got wrong
A typo, a confusing hint, a printing issue. We fix these in the next edition and say thank you.
Wishes for the app
The ThinkUmi app is in development — early ideas from parents shape what it becomes.
Send your feedback by email
Write to us with “Feedback” or “Idea” in the subject line. If it is about a specific puzzle, include the book and puzzle number.

- We reply to every message, usually within a few days.
- Ideas that make it into a book or the app get a thank-you from Umi.
- We never ask for children’s personal details — a first name and age range is plenty.
